Body composition
Body composition (fat mass vs muscle, satiety, cravings) sits on top of metabolic rate: thyroid, sugar oxidation, lower PUFA, sleep, and training load. Cold starvation and stimulant cuts are the wrong default in this frame.
Fat loss
[edit]Fat loss while staying warm beats chronic cold and under-eating. Lower PUFA, keep oxidation up, and track temperature / pulse. See Obesity, How to heal your metabolism, Roadmap/08 - Bodybuilding & Weight loss.
Muscle gain
[edit]Needs progressive load, surplus energy, protein, and recovery sleep. Not built from restriction alone.
Body recomposition
[edit]More muscle and less fat together is slow. It needs training and enough food, not permanent deficit.
Body fat percentage
[edit]Estimates fat mass share; methods vary. Trends beat single numbers.
Satiety, craving, stress eating
[edit]Satiety is fullness after eating; protein, fat, and sugar all contribute. Cravings can mark needs or habits: sugar craving under stress can be metabolic; random junk craving is often packaging. Stress eating seeks quick energy and calm: sugar and dairy can be adaptive; seed-oil binge foods are not.
