Breaks the overnight fast. Many people start warmer with sugar and protein (e.g. milk, fruit, eggs, coffee with food) rather than black coffee alone into adrenaline. Skipping it habitually tracks with worse mood over time: see Depression.

Fast food

[edit]

Industrial convenience with seed oils, sugar, and refined starch. Occasional use differs from a daily base.
